Obviously you have to take into account the fact that the washer jet comes through the wiper too. -

I know of one that is a bit further north in Wroughton Nr. Swindon. Ive been there a number of times and they have good karts and a decent indoor track, which looks surprisingly similar to the one at Wessex Raceway. Heres the link to their website. http://www.actiondrome.co.uk/map.htm
