    Guys I've attched the pdf sheet which you need to book rooms Please note there are now only double rooms left at the 2 on site hotels. £65 room only. (paying by Paypal is £67) Here is some more info for the display.....     I'll confirm the time you can arive on Saturday but off the top of my head I think its from 10am and all the indoor cars must be in there in there display places by saturday evening as you wont be able to start your engines or move your cars on the Sunday. There are loads of hotels in and around Telford arena. 2 are on site and next to the hotel. If I remember when I get home at the end of the week i'll re send you all the hotel booking forms. Other than that there are travel inn's and travel lodges nearby. But I think it would be best if everyone booked there accomodation sooner rather tha

    Hi Neil, If there is interest from members then yes I'm sure we can organise a club display with yourselfs but i will correct you on one thing we're VR6 Owners Club and not CGTI lol

    Dave the guys will update the VW action website soon with all the 2009 shows http://www.vwaction.co.uk/ Once they do that there is a link from the Spring festival page with the club bookings on and all you do is call the number which is listed on there Hope this is ok?

    I have tried to book an outdoor display but the organisers will not let us have two club displays as we are only allowed the one due to space restriction can I suggest anyone else intending to go to this show meets up beforehand convoys in and parks together in the general car park

    Just need to apply for Bristol really websites not updated for 2009 details yet. I'm not sure if the Club funds will allow for a toliet this year though. We'll have to see what memberships are like running up to spring.

    Full details of the show and awards can be found on the UD website http://www.ultimate-dubs.co.uk/ But no were not to late its just we already have one display indoors and the Organisers dont want to give us a 2nd display outdoors as its not fair to others clubs if we have 2 club displays and they have to turn other clubs down who dont even have one.

    Glad to see some people interested in going again this year Was very dissapointing that only 3 cars attended the display last year Inters is a great show its got something for everyone one I dont understand why its got such a bad press. Understandable that the camping was somewhat questionable but do what I do and get a hotel lol Makes life a whole lot easier
