Hello to all, Finally got myself another VR6 and it feels like i am a kid all over again i am so exited to start working on my project but first i would like to say hello and also i would like to apologise for all the questions i about to start asking, so the car i have is a MK3 VR6 it has had some work done it has been stripped out and i am only every going to use this as a track car. Currently has a Eaton M112 supercharger fitted with a inter cooler it connected to the belt and it is turning but its not connected into the intake, the guy i bought it off never finished it so i saw an opp

Its a five door that I should be getting. Just keeping my fingers crossed that the lad will part with it next month! It's currently owned by a mechanic, has had plenty of work done to it to make it look prettier / resolve any issuues. and there are just a few more things needed to be done so it will be back on the road again (been off for three years as a project/do it upper). I would just need to get the paintwork sorted out. Normally I wouldnt touch a car thats a do-it-upper but I trust the lad and his father-in-law. Having seen the care and quality that has gone in to fixing him up, I know

Hi its normal for this sort of weather ..mine does to ..your oil cooler should start takin it down of the 100 mark ...they are designed to run fairly hot ...88 on normal driving after 20 min drivin ..approx ..always use genuine thermostat and sensors ...tps sell them ..it makes all the difference ..

I like the more door but most people prefer the 3 welcome to the club.

Sometimes the seal goes on the cap but I thought you struggled to retain any coolant if that was tits up.
