Cut off their fingers?

Recommended Posts

Went out to my car this morning only to find that some thieving little gits have nicked my rear badges. The smoothe VW Highline one and the VR6 one. I'm not impressed. :@ In removing the VW one they managed to scratch the paintwork. To make matters even worse, the VR6 badge had been stuck on with Super Glue by previous owner so I now have a White patch where it used to be. :@

No doubt there is some ass-idiot driving around in a mk3 golf cl with my highline badges on it. I wish I had an alarm like that one in Robocop. !0,000,000 volts through there thieving bones if they touch it. hmmm....

Alternatively, fit some new ones but coat them in contact adhesive so that when the feckers come back their thieving little fingers will get stuck to the badges and hence, your car.

Get in, and try a few 0-60 runs while tey're still attached, that should sort em out 8o|

Sorry to hear that Kevin, I keep eyeing up my badges and thinking I ought to keep them somewhere safe, seems a shame though and I don't want to take them off. I like the voltage idea and know someone who's gone to the lengths of doing it so maybe that's the way forward (6)

I had the original small VR6 Highline badge at the back without the "Golf" bit.

They didn't take the small front VR6 badge on the grill or the front VW badge probably cos i swapped the chrome for a black one and the VR6 isn't that easy to get off.

Just ordered the rear VW one from the bay
