i have got my car running but have a pipe which i dont know were it goes to!

its on the front right handside of the inlet manifold. its short rubber and bends almost 90*

when i leave it the car splutters and cuts out but if i block it the car runs fine!!

any help would be brilliant

how wide is the pipe - if its a few mm then its for your fuel pressure reg - the silver discy looking thing on the fuel rail an inch or 2 away.

If its more like 20mm, then it goes off to your brake servo.

Either way its a vacuum line, so if you leave it open it sucks in unmetered air - which is why you stall.

it is a breather pipe that would have been connected to the carbon canister. will also prob be a clear line slightly thinner in the same area aswell.

my ran like shit when i didn't have it blocked after removing the canister for a cold air feed so i did this

and it's run fine ever since
