Dubsingh 0 Posted February 23, 2006 Report Share Posted February 23, 2006 will try and get sum pics upmy first car was a oak green 16v gti, silver grey leather and slammed.Second car j reg mk2 puple/black 16v decked, ported n polished head, power boost valve 4 branch manifold full ss system, g60 breaks, carbon dash, doorcards etc....till it met its demise at a roundabout when sum lady ran the lights and t-bonned me...on my b-day last year sob sob sobNow a rallye WITH A 2.9 VR AND S/C and a host of goodied to come when i learn how to save the pennies and conserve the fuel.... Seademon 0 Posted February 26, 2006 Report Share Posted February 26, 2006 My 1st car was a Metro Mayfair which I rolled through someones garden & hit a lampost, tank of fuel split open & I thought I was gonna die as I was then knocked out by the car landing upside down on a wall with the roof hitting my head - was hanging in it upside down for ages! I was going round a right hand corner & the left rear suspension gave way - only doing 30 Mph!Next I had a 1.4 Orion - had to drive that into a wall as a girl pulled out in front of me - it was T bone her or stick it in the wall. Not too much damage though.Next I had this: Followed by a G reg 1.6 Escort with a K&N etc.That was then followed by my XR2 - 1 owner, 44k miles - had 15" rims on before I sold it. This was then follwed by the Calibra - nice car, well built and looked good but it was just the 2.0 8v so not that quick. & now I've got the Golf but dont have any intention of selling it for a few years at least (The rear has been badly photoshopped by me so I could see what it'll look like without the wiper etc, lowered the rear a bit aswell) Link to post Share on other sites

Hopefully the Vr willI drive a Skoda VRS at work every day, definately a top car for the money, handling and looks, they are quick standard so i expect yours was a monster!
