mina 0 Posted April 24, 2004 Report Share Posted April 24, 2004 Hi EveryoneWhat do you guys (and gals!) use to get rid of stubborn brake dust - there's a couple of areas on my front BBS RCs that just wont shift. tommy 0 Posted April 24, 2004 Report Share Posted April 24, 2004 I use auto glim and wonder wheel....ive never had a problem getting rid of brake dust with these products...I also use break dust barrier after as it helps protect the wheel against further build up of grime......Ive found that the trick is to clean the wheels one a week as the grime doesn?t take as much of a hold thus they come up like new every time Link to post Share on other sites

mina 0 Posted April 28, 2004 Author Report Share Posted April 28, 2004 Think I'll probably end up going to Halfords and buying all the wheel cleaning products on sale - one of them's got to work (:->Got so mad the other day, I even tried my Dad's portable steam cleaner - thought the heat would help to shift it - but that was a waste of time. If not then try wheel wax from demon tweeks, it leaves a beautiful shine once your done. Link to post Share on other sites
