craggsy 91
Right all those people with LHD lights do you get any problems with MOT, coppers and so forth. I wouldn't mind a set of FK ones but they are only LHD. So any info before i order a set i don't really want just coz they are RHD.Thanks
Seademon 0
I've got a set of LHD FK lights and havent been flashed by anyone or pulled by the police for them & it passed the MOT on Thursday! Depends how much your paying for them - I got mine very cheap & couldnt say no!
purple highline monster 0
no one except an mot tester will even know your lights are left hand drive! even coppers! as long as they are adjusted right over then i dont see it being an issue other than you could get brit spec ones and be able to see in the dark better?? Nerih 0
yeah just make sure you LHD light drivers adjust the beam to the right, becuase its frigging annoying to get blinded by LHD cars without beam masks.
badboyV6 4
one very easy way of getting your lhd drive lights thorugh the mot is to use vinyl tape to cover up the outer beam pattern- thats how mine got thorugh without any issue :-)
Paul-VR6 0
Hi mateI've just bought a set of fk angel eyes from rich at venom motorsport, Really easy to fit and they look stunning. They have beam adjusters and i managed to adjust the drivers lamp right over, i've had no one flash me so they must be ok.Plus the beam is better than the standard headlightsGo on, treat yourself
Nerih 0
ahh i prefer the projector ones from inpro or the hella celis that are prolly the best angel eyes for mk3.
Paul-VR6 0
ahh i prefer the projector ones from inpro or the hella celis that are prolly the best angel eyes for mk3.each to their own, but imho the fk angel eyes look the best, the other ones just look way too small

purple highline monster 0
you could get brit spec ones and be able to see in the dark better??What tyou mean by that?just what it says mate the beam shape and reflectors will be in the correct position for britain so will actually improve the amount of road you can see without compromising your vision in the dark, remember if you have a serious shit cart police vehicle examiners will notice the lamps and you could end up in court if the accident is deemed your fault due to ilegal lamps? i like my original lamps,
Nerih 0
fk doing anew set that looks like mk5...they are prolly thebest atm.tbh i wouldnt buy LHD, buy RHD m8.
craggsy 91
Right i've got the lights on the car and they do look good. But how do I adjust them to kinda the right way. Which adjuster do i use. Left or right one looking from front of car?
Nerih 0
park your car against a wall and play with it..with your head lights on you can see what each one does, there are loads of websites that help you align your lights.
badboyV6 4
looking at the car the outer ones adjust the vertical beam, and the inner ones adjust the horizontal beam.from memory when adjusting the outer ones clockwise this takes the beam upwards....
