scruffy 0 Posted July 16, 2005 Report Share Posted July 16, 2005 I have noticed on pictures small like mini KN filters positioned up near throttle body, is this a good way to go, is it an improvement etc;? if so where does it go and what type does one get, I asked at local autoshop who sell them, but chap there looked up book and said they don't fit VR6s, thanks. !sad Link to post Share on other sites

Valver 0 Posted July 18, 2005 Report Share Posted July 18, 2005 Yeh, I've got one on mine and all it does is vent the vapours to atmosphere, which means that basically they'll drop onto the exhaust manifold shield. Looks nice but I'm gonna stick a length of hose back to the inlet pipe so i don't have to keep cleaning the manifold shield!! Link to post Share on other sites
