Mk3highline 287
Can't remember the code but it said short to ground/live and intermittent when I pulled plugged and back onI'm going to try the old ecu with new cam sensor to see how it runs I don't think it will be any better but no harm in trying I've been up north visiting round trip of just under 300 miles on 3/4 tank 1/4 was local half was mortorway Two more falken 914 tyres and 1.5 neg camber
Mk3highline 287
Put the old ecu back on and it don't feel as smooth as the sharan oneWhen I get chance will go over to stealth to plug in to vagcomm to see if it's throwing a codeThe ignition map on the sharan must be a lot smoother compared to the golf it's quite nice to be honest not so snappy but progressive Will keep the old ecu on a week see how it goes
Mk3highline 287
Update on ecu The old golf ecu, car ran like before and it was sh1tI could hear the detonation from 2.5k upwards Plugged in the sharan ecu and it runs spot on like oeNothing erraticJust waiting to see if Vince can code out the secondry air injection and the EGR The cars exhaust note has now got the burble similar to a r32 on full chat c00k, Bealieboy and DanChave
