Flippin advert at the top making the page jump up and down.... GRRR!!!

Surely I cant be the only one that sees the page jump up and down everytime the adverts at the top change from one thing to another!?!?!?

ITS REALLY REALLY ANNOYING!!

Oh - and still getting very slow forum page loading and many server errors happening......

I know...... whinge whinge whinge.....

the forum has been bad for me for a week or so but the ads dont give any trouble

yeah I get the page jumping when the ads change... I thought them being stuck up the top was a temporary thing

I'm going to change the banners so they are hidden for premium members, I've not had any issues with the forum jumping, what browser do you use? As the images are all the same size, they should not jump once they are cached on your puter.

I'm currently working on a new website, that should resolve the issues of the slow forum performance (as well as a few nice new features) This is scheduled to go live within the next few weeks.

each time they change the old one disappears then the whole site moves up and then it all moves down again when the new one appears

does it on safari, firefox & ie... Java 1.4.2

super old version of java there, version 5.0 is the latest, available from www.java.com for windows/mac/linux. I've been unable to replicate this issue under firefox or internet explorer so can only assume it's java (as the rotation uses java arrays.
