Rear Brakes/Calipers - tool tip!

Recommended Posts

You may already know that if you want to replace your rear disks you need a special tool to wind the caliper pot back in. Apprently you can buy these from Halfords - don't know how much they are?

Anyway I figured out a great alternative when I did mine at the weekend - But you have to have a 4 1/2 inch angle grinder (or know somebody who has one).

The tool that you use to change the blade on them fits perfectly ;)

thats very possible but they seem to work fine they dont stick and it brakes dead straight even from 3 figures when some pillock pulls out on u (autobahn of course ;) )
