ashmk3 0 Posted November 15, 2011 Report Share Posted November 15, 2011 i have been searching for a vr6 either for its running gear or to use as a complete car. then i came across a good rado vr6 but it said semi-auto 1-3 drive.if anyone can shed some light on what they are and how good they are as i cant seem to find any info on them all i know is there rare as rocking horse poop. does it work like dsg or what :S Link to post Share on other sites

ashmk3 0 Posted November 15, 2011 Author Report Share Posted November 15, 2011 i didnt know if it would be like dsg a normal automatic but then you can move the knob across and have a manual sequential,ps stig do you have the gearbox and loom to the 2.9 engine you have advertised in the sig? CALICO 130 Posted November 15, 2011 Report Share Posted November 15, 2011 Yes its a 4 speed automatic you can change gear 1-3 4th is where you put it in drive alternatively you can drive it fully auto and just leave it in drive . 3rd gear is good for 120mph so expect economy to be worse than driving it as it was intended. lol Link to post Share on other sites
