cabrioman 6 Posted May 30, 2011 Report Share Posted May 30, 2011 depends if you will do it your self or get a garage to do it ... but when you get a new pump make sure it has the metal impeller not the plastic one as the plastic ones fall apart and wont pump the water around .... I didn't do the work but I think it was fairly straightforward.Basically you drain the coolant, remove the airbox, undo the rear engine and exhaust mounts and jack the engine up 5-6 inches so you can unbolt and remove the pump without the inner arch blocking it. Fitting of new is just the reversal of this.
