HAMMER_VR6 0 Posted March 2, 2011 Report Share Posted March 2, 2011 Definately go standard.I bought mine couple of weeks ago from TPS in red.They were to replace my magnecor 8.5mm leads which lasted one year before the rubber perished and split causing the car to miss fire. its hard to explain but the metal cap that attaches to the spark plug itself is much better design on the standard leads. Also 8.5mm leads wont fit in the plastic rails without boring them out with a dremel.P.S if you were to ignore my advice and buy magnecor leads anyway, i can send you a set of engine plastics that have been bored out to correct size, although you would need to let me know tonight as they are in my recycle bin awaiting collection.
