VeedubVR 0
Well im was going to get the new one to stop the leak and chop the old one up to make it shallow like the R32 sump. Weld a plate to the bottom of it. but shallow sumps need R32 oil pick up and pump, but im not sure what to do about oil levels. Dont want to starve the engine.

VeedubVR 0
Been told the R32 ones will shatter but they are just under an inch shallower so will take it inline with the subbframe. But theu have a sensor hole which will need filling.I'm just not sure how oil capasity and oil levels work out with a shallower sumpThanks for the link, but with postage on top it work out on a few pence cheaper than getting from TPS. VR sumps are well expensive comapred to abf, KR and 9a engines etc...
