badboyV6 4
This is my VR6, comments welcome....http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v205/warrenbwalker/VR6a.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v205/warrenbwalker/VR6b.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v205/warrenbwalker/VR6c.jpghttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v205/warrenbwalker/VR6d.jpgBought the car a few weeks ago for a sweet price- and it had most of the mods already sorted so i wont have to pay out much on that front apart from styling... Does need other things sorting though which i will get sorted over time (hopefully by Summer!)Pretty standard looking, so far the spec is;K&N filter, superchip, power boost valve, eibach 60/40 lowered shocks/ spring kit, magnex full exhaust, 17" BBS wheels and drilled/ grooved discs all round with fast road pads. on my list is a nice spray up for the front arches (due to rubbing) and front bumper- lovely stone chips ~ , M3 rear clusters (anyone got any they would like to sell??? ) mk4 front headlamps and maybe if i have a lot of spare cash a shrick manifold but at the moment i can only dream of such extravagance would love a charger too (wouldnt we all!) i would love to show up some STI's and japanese fodder..... badboyV6 4
Cheers for the comments guys. The car already had it when i bought it so i cant say what the before/after difference was like. I can say that it feels very different to my old VR (which only had a SS exhaust + 57i kit. This seems to have less torque low down but feels rapid higher up the rev range, when keeping it on the boil it seems to feel much more potent. Im probably going to take it to the rolling road day to find out how well (or how bad!) its running.
MrBen 0
Lovely motor, they always look good dropped on BBS RX's, quite similar to the Anniversary's with the RXII's.

badboyV6 4
Cheers lads :-) Its really easy to use- you get like a quick wet wax in a bottle and a block of clay. All you need to do is spray the wax on and rub it with the clay. I washed the car first and i couldnt believe the amount of crap it pulls off. Once theres lots of crap on the bar you kneedthe clay and carry on. Leaves the paint as smooth as glass. Next step is the scratch x to remove the swirls....
