M44 DUB 2
Thought it was about time i put a post up about my VR6 which i have owned for a few years. The car is a 1995 Highline finished in mulberry with matching leather.Bought the car back in Oct 08 from a guy down in newcastle, picked it up for a bargain price with it having only covered 80,000 miles. Totally fell in love with the car while driving it up the road, first taste of a proper V6 after having owned pug GTi's,A3 turbo etc nothin is quite like the roar of a nice vr6 with a straight through system.Heres a couple of pics from when i got the car, cheesy wheels but everything else was goodBasically i just drove around in the car for a while until the head gasket went, then it came off the road for a top end rebuild which included new chains and guides, radiator set, all new filters, plugs, head skim etc etcThen again after changing the wheels for some RXiis just drove it around. The car has been driven for the past couple of years faultlessly then decided to treat it to a bit of bodywork, only originally went in to get a few bits touched up but my other half took it to his uncles and decide to give it a full hit including new wings and arches, i didnt want to smooth everything as i really like the lines of the mk3check out the shineTHEN IT ROLLED OUT THE BOOTH AND IM SO HAPPY WITH THE WORKThen finally got it home and this is how the car is just now but got some new wheels to be fitted s3 wheels, VR6 Passat and polished Orciari ones
