The Monk 50 Posted October 19, 2009 Report Share Posted October 19, 2009 1st...whuuuuump into 2nd whuuBANG...bop bop bop bop bop bop HAZARDS on hard shoulderNo power and severe vibration...for the 2 seconds it took me to turn off ignition on M'way lol.Glided to the hard shoulder with clutch depressed, engine off (yea it had already stopped turning). Yay...my streak for breaking my VR has still not given up.Im 99% sure sumthing inside the block has gone up the crapper like, THE TIMING SLIDE RAILS!!!Got it home and like I suspected from the 1st second that my hand darted for the harards and ignition, the guide rail toward the fron has snapped and the chain jumped teeth.Looks like I need to change cars.I want to rebuild it real bad but I've had the arse end of luck with it and poured ££££'s into it since I aquired it.It will be off the road till I rebuild it..... if no big objections, instead of a youtube vid, I'll do a rebuild thread in a few weeks?I'm using 2 leg power for now! lol.I just cant bring myself to be rid of her because, in all fairness, no matter what the B***h does to me, I still love her too much to say godbye.
