First move wiper to intermintent setting and then after one wipe move to the off persiation count in your head how much a gap you between wipes (i usually wait till i just about carnt see out window) then move to intermintent posiation on the wipers they will now stay at the same speed all the time until u turn ignation off or move to the off persiation.
