jaysVR6 2 Posted October 24, 2004 Report Share Posted October 24, 2004 My drivers side lekky window is sticking, I changed the regulator back in the summer for a brand new one but noticed the motor was getting quite hot, now I think it's given up!Does anyone have one they can sell me, if not how much will a new or secondhand one cost? acf8181 0 Posted October 24, 2004 Report Share Posted October 24, 2004 could it be that the actual window is getting stuck in the runners, thus making the motor overwork itself? there's some fluid you can get from halfords to lube it up...its really good, mate had a prob a while back on his mkIV, eventually it broke the motor. he got a new motor and put the lube on and it was perfect, and still is (his bro has the car now) Link to post Share on other sites
