boyracer 0
hey, i had a 12v vr6 with a 140hp wet shot nos on the motor is still going good no smoke or anything been running nos for about 5000km and then took it off, the gearbox and the clutch doesn't hold up very well with nos but that was because i went with such a big shot. 60-70hp will be good on the motor but as i said its the drivetrain you sould worry about
boyracer 0
for every 1.3hp nos you put on you gain about 2,5NM and that is the biggest problem on the drivetrain
CorradoVR6-n.o.s 0
i ran the wizard wet kit with progressive contoller ,150 shot.had no problems besides the clutch slipping.
DONU' 0
OK. I understand, but what can I do with the drivetrain? I want to know if exist an upgarde for the transmission. So it's a problem with the drivetrain if I spray 60-70 CP shot too?
Phat VR6 3
how much does it cost to fill a bottle and how long would it last? You could just upreate the clutch fella http://www.spturboparts.com/afterMarket/ViewDetails.aspx?prod=16020that should take 70-100 shot easy
boyracer 0
as Phat VR6 said uprate the clutch, but believe you me you can put all the money you spend on filling NOS in a piggy bank and buy a stage 1 supercharger/turbo kit that would last forever and its a once off payment, thats the reason i took off my nos as its a never ending money pit in the end just my 2c
DONU' 0
I can fill the bottle at any hospital. I don't know what for they need the NOS but they can help me. In Greece for exemple they do that any time they need the NOS if they have a friend there who can fill the bottles.
Kelster 0
NOS is also laughing gas and can be used as a mild anaesthetic, ie pain relief when in labour etc. Totally off the IP topic but hey this is supposed to be an educational website
