cheap vr turbo kit

guys is this a cheap vr turbo kit or 300 quids worth of worries? ive just been reading through someone's vrt for under 1 grand thread and was looking on ebay for parts and came across this, is it or is it not worth it? i could always swap the tubbby for something bigger at a later date, i just wondered if this would be a good starting point. i know nothing about forced induction and cant afford someone to do the work for me so some thing like this really catch's my attention

Its been covered before somewhere. its most likely a cheap made in china turbo. however if you got the spare cash to buy it and do the work yourself..the knowledge gained will be well money spent! Plus you will need a RHD manifold..and some other bits n bobs that aren't included in the kit.

There is loads of other bits you will need and the price for shipping will not make it worth buying.

who was it that done the ubby for under a grand?

and can that man gimme some advice.

also can a charger be fitted for under a grand? i dont want monster power at the moment, just a bit more. say 250-270bhp.

a second-hand charger possibly, but you gotto first find one, install yourself (not too much work)and then it has to be mapped at stealth, storm or somewhere, so in a word, NO.
