j7dub 0
it comes in the blue tin any good. can u guys recommend a good polish that comes off WITHOUT LEAVING WHITE CHALKY RESIDUE that really pisses me off. something nice and simple to take off and also helps the water bead off when raining etc
Pittuf 0
I've heard good things about mer, not sure how the polish works cos I ani't used it, tommy has so i'm sure he'll add his comments.
tommy 0
Ive found Meguiars gold class paste very good but it can be a bit of a mission to remove..........other than that the new tech wax by meguiars is very good, easy to apply and remove........just used some today with great results!ps.. I don?t work for Meguiars just like the products [ Edited Sun Sep 12 2004, 06:17PM ]
danb 0
Ive used mer and found it quite hard to rub off plus its a bit chalky . Using Meguiars at the mo and find it has very good results especially on metallic paint .
six appeal 53
I use Zymol on mine as found most others too chalky for a dark car.Although on black cars, I've always found Colour magic gave the best results!
acf8181 0
zymol is the best for sure...www.zymol.co.uki found mer to dusty, and not that impressive.
binliner 0
I must be the only one who finds zmol dusty!Meguiars NXT tech wax is the best Ive used... Its easy to apply and rub off, damn shiney and theres NO DUST!![ Edited Sun Sep 12 2004, 08:00PM ]
acf8181 0
maybe you should use it a tad more sparingly! lol
madmonkee 0
i got zymol, mer an high resin polish. All do the job tbh. Zymol really picks up all the stonechips. Mer is chalky, but does come off of the plastic. Resin polish the same....
acf8181 0
ah..see i use autoglym vinyl and rubber care on the plastics, that gets anything off.
j7dub 0
tried mehr pretty good.they say that you can apply to a wet car i tried and it was a ballache removing it the old way of drying it then applying it would work better. im gonna have to try meguiars heard some really good stuff about it. which is the easiest to apply and remove that will give a deep gloss shine on my colour
binliner 0
the NXT tech wax is the one to get... if you really wanna go for it then get their clay bar detailer and use that first
