On the way back from E38 myself and Tommy (pittuf was behind us) had a little 2nd and 3rd gear blast on the A14 as the traffic was slow - once the traffic picked up the experiment began - we were in both lanes at approx 35 mph in second gear alongside with windows down so we could shout when to floor it.

My car has a Miltek cat back system and a drilled airbox with stock air filter - Tommy's is stock bar a rear silencer.

I was on my own but my car is booked as slighlty heavier being a 5dr - Tommy was with his mate Ozzy - so the weight difference should have been negligable.

The cars were identical all the way through until 4000+rpms where mine just started to inch ahead - this continued in 3rd gear as well where i pulled out a car or so's length - possibly because of the Exhaust system - possibly because i run 16" rims as opposed to Tommy's 17's - who knows ?! - at least i know my car is healthy as Tommy's made 183?bhp at Stealth.

Good fun none the less and all at fairly sensible speeds 8o)

Pete.
