descb600f 0 Posted June 8, 2007 Report Share Posted June 8, 2007 Hi Need to replace the steering rack I have the new one here just not sure if i need to drop the sub frame to get it out has any one done this??Not liking the look of the bolts holding it in but cant see another way of doing it. descb600f 0 Posted June 11, 2007 Author Report Share Posted June 11, 2007 Had some play in the rack stood underneath while it was on the rack it was coming from the near side of the rack.I still have a very slight knocking at v low speed but the bearing, droplink and ball joint all seem to be ok Link to post Share on other sites
