Jk* 0
With a respray still on the cards in the future i was wondering about puting Louvres in the wing. After looking @ my wing today there is a small dent in it and around the arch there is some rust, so im going to get a mint second hand wing. But shall i put louvres in it? Earwig 89
Me voted bad idea. It's starting on the road to Max Powerdom !But each person has their own preferance on what they like, so if you like it then go for it !Even though I would not have one myself it is nice to see different cars from time to time :-)MArk. VR40 0
I voted yes. I'm a fan of louvered and vented wings. I think it can look very Euro, I wouldn't say it's a Jap thing at all.I have the wing and bonnet louvered on my Polo G40 and i'd quite like a sprinter vent in my VR wing. antera309 3
I don't think it's a jap thing. I've seen some really nice Euro-styled mk3s with the Mercedes sprinter type vents. If you're running a supercharger, fitting a wing vent makes a lot of sense - the cool air blowing onto the charger will prevent overheating and prolong its life.
