The GTR is in a different league, twin turbo, bigger 2.6l lump, 320bhp standard, 4 wd and 4ws, far better handling set up, better interior, bigger brakes. Very good if you want massive power, however the smaller brother gts-t is also a very nice car and often overlooked in the jap tuning world. But it is becoming a lot more common now. As its a turbo it does have very good tuning potential. As standard it has 250bhp and has very similar performance (0-60 in 6.5 - 7.0) to a lightly tuned vr6, mainly as its a fair bit heavier - different story if you tune it though. One thing it does have is rear wheel drive which is very fun to drive, but take it easy in the wet or damp!! Make sure you don't pay over the odds for one as I have seen quite a few overpriced ones advertised. Go for it mate. I'd look at getting a GTR front bumper fitted and side skirts as it looks pretty boring as standard. How much you willing to spend? Have you thought of any other alternative jap models?

Im sorry but id have to go with earwig on this one boys, gtr all the way baby :-p Tbh when ever i look at a gts/gts-t & eny other sh*t modal other than a gtr i just look at it as though he couldnt afford the gtr(sounds snobish but its true) I can spk about both as ive driven a gts-t & gtr, both R32's.The gts-t was lightly tuned & felt like a rwd saff cossy with a crap interior! On the other hand the gtr was an experiance i will never forget, was running around 450/500 bhp with hks 2510 turbos, bigger injectors, twin hks mushroom filters, hard pipe kit, remap, boost up,think you get the point guys :-d LOL enyways its the only car that ive been in thats taken me to almost 165mph on the a127 down where i live & it a proper buzz i must say! Keep the vr unless your gonna get a gtr fella ;)

Forgot to say if you do go out in a gtr get the driver to give it a good launch of the lights,6000rpm & dump the clutch, its a stomach tunning experiance your love & will make you buy one 8o|

To me getting a lower spec one than the GTR is like buying a 1.4CL as you cannot afford the VR6 or R32....

Or buying a Boxter coz you cannot afford the Carrera 4 or something.....

Just my Opinion :-)

Couldnt put it better myself mark :)
