tubby 0
Just wondering what peoples opinion is on these two cars ,both have the same engine, but cant help thinking the audi might be better overall. So far in my search i have found the audi to be cheaper which has surprised me.I know we all love volkswagons on here but try and be as objective as possible. tubby 0
My choice aswell a3 looks too bland in my opinion but mrs likes it and it would be "our car".Keep the opinions coming though.
rodney 17
down to the R32 for me to as I dont like the look of the A3 and not a flappy paddle fan!
Mr_GTI 0
the audi is more subtle and the r32 is more agressive looking, its your choice but I think i'd pick the r32 as the audi is a bit too grown up looking. The only audis I really like have boots such as a nice RS4 or why not a W12!! ummmmm W12
vr6highline28 0
r32 (mk4) has great looks, rarity and presence and will undoubtedly be a future classic (i own one and take it from me the number of people who look at the car when your driving it is a nice pleasure) ... as for the audi marque how many classics can be named apart from the original quattro ? (unlike old Gti, G60, Corrado Storm, VR6 etc) .. having said that new Q thing looks tasty !! to me an rs4 is the next progression from an r32 though
D7_MOD 0
.:R32 all the way i absolutely loved mine they command the higher price due to the limited number status etc having been in both when i tried the a3 it just didnt feel as "special" i dont know maybe jus me but i prefer the
Bigjobbo 0
I tore the arse out of an A3 on friday. and to be truthfull, i didn't think it was anything special. The only thing i would go for is the interior. I'd go R32.
saichy 1
the r32 r nice n fast dont get me wrong but u can buy the 1.8t and have a bigger turbo fitted to it for bout 2000 n have it remaped to put out bout 320bhp and then u can easily play with any r32, plus isnt the r32's engine tuned as far as it can go? so u cud take the 1.8t way past the r32 plus there cheaper to buy, i was told this buy someone who worked for VW.but out the 2 i would deffo go for the r32
mike 6
r32.for some reason the a3 is only rated 2 stars in top gear mag.
Focker-out 0
Id go for the R32 also, just looks more special than the A3 for me!!
