SiGainey 1
Been reading on parkers and they imply that all VR6's came with traction control - not sure mine has. How can I check it (I get some wheelspin in 1st but i'd have expected a light on the dash or something!)Do they all come with it or is this something else that's gone wrong with my car!) Petesvw 0
As far as i know, they all come with it, but it only works below a certain speed, 25mph i think?
Earwig 89
Yep pretty sure it's under 30mph or something close......Only really noticed it in the snow :-)It's a crude thing at best heheMark.

Seademon 0
Yeah its a bit crap - Ive got racelogic traction/launch control fitted to mine but it needs to be setup, meant to be really good tho
tubby 0
Do you think this would be a similar or better alternative to an lsd your racelogic traction /launch control that is?virgin
Gibs20 0
Traction control haha If you drive hard you can get wheelspin in first second and third! I did it once :-p
Russ_vr6 12
it only work under 35 mph,and it works to cut the power slightly to get better grip. if u launch hard it actually switches itself off,it says that in the manual believe it or not lolits not the best but mine does spin both wheels instead of just one so its doin something right loloh and no light either its classed as edl (elec diff lock)

Mr_GTI 0
Brochure says its up to 25 mph, its only any real benefit when pulling away gently on slipy surfaces, does it not use the abs as well to slow the wheel thats spinning fastest? As soon as you out of 1st your on your own! I have noticed mine spins both front wheels on a muddy track near were I work.
