VR6Pete 1,455 Posted November 27, 2006 Report Share Posted November 27, 2006 Membership Secretary Memberships are a very important aspect of The VR6 Owners Club, as all proceeds are put back into the club (hosting costs, events, banners, merchandise etc) to make it better!You will be required to verify member payments and subsequently upgrading users accounts and inputting personal details into a Microsoft Access Database.This can sometimes be a rather time consuming task and therefore you must be 100% dedicated and willing to take this on. You will also require good communication skills as you liaising with our Membership Administrator and Club Members. Full training will be provided where needed. Discount ManagerWe need a dedicated person to form relationships with suppliers and companies with the aim of creating new discount benefits and schemes for premium members.Once a discount scheme has been established, the information will then need to be posted in the form of a forum thread in our Premium Member Benefits section.You will also be expected to field and answer any questions from club members, relating to discount schemes etc… If you have the time, and the dedication to improve our current benefits and schemes, please PM VR6Pete with why you think you would be the perfect person for this role!Event ReportersWe are seeking event reporters, who would like to write up shows and event, these would then be published on our website, newsletter and possibly submitted to magazines in order to promote the social aspect of the club. Previous experience would be an advantage, but not essential. Inputting members names and address's into the Database and letting me know who to send info packs out.The above job takes 2 mins per membership so its not a lot as I do all the nitty gritty stuff with the packs which take the time Link to post Share on other sites
