Just an update for all those who are interested. Spoke to Jake tonight and everyone has final made it to the RING after a few hiccups..... :-# A BMW split a rad in France and had to wait for the AA to sort them out. Couple of laps were had by some of the gang early tonight and Jake for once pitched his tent in daylight! Now all sat drinking and playing on the bloody playstation (Warren).... Further updates tomorrow :)

Yes it was gt4 by all accounts..... :);)

Update , things have not gone quite to plan. Jake's new beast is er well vr sick.... +o *-) ( He is blaming the goth (opps) for breaking it but i think it was probably Jakes heavy right foot HA HA . Apparantly they thinks its the clutch!!!!

Sam got done by a M5 ring Taxi sounds painfull to me...

Mk3anni Steve is having fuelling problems.

So judging by the fact that i think Seven cars left with about 13 people i assume some of em have driven the ring with out any problems.

The gang leave to come home tommorrow so fingers crossed they all make it home in one piece. 8-| 8-|

Many thanks to Mark and James foir getting us motivated. Special thanks to VrSick for letting me drive J4KE X and for being so gentlemanly when I broke it so early into the trip.

VRSyncro's lovely paint job, although the picture doesn't do it justice at all.

I'm gonna see what I can sort today. I was a bit miffed when I realised photobucket had converted them. The originals are alot bigger too.

Guys, i had an absolutely AMAZING time! The whole trip was great. Big thanks to Steve and Aswad for letting us tag along. The convoy was brilliant as we had radios all the way there and constantly kept in contact.

Once we set up camp the guys couldnt resist a quick lap. ;-)

Sunday was more of the same - Aswad has to win the fright ride award. Fair play he managed to keep a 911 GT3 within his sights an entire lap. Good driving mate!

BIG thanks to Paul from VR6 club of Holland. Without his persuasion techniques i would never of got that ride in the Porsche GT3 RS around the 'ring at an incredible speed. A highlight of this year for me. And the camp on sunday again was brilliant fun with the return leg a joy with the temperatures hitting 30 degrees.

Amazing company all weekend and definitely one of the highlights of my entire life!!!

so many laughs too!

Will be doing this again next year for sure.

Pics to follow.

Andy is has basically been smiling like a cheshire cat all morning - everyone in work is very jealous. :-)
