[WHAT OIL DO YOU USE IN YOU SC VR6?]

tried this before will little success,

 

not after an essay just a few letters/numbers as to what oil you put/recommend in a supercharged vr6 with extensive mods running 314+bhp

[Recommended oil/ spark plugs?]

Evening mate, I'm running 10w60 valvoline R oil in my Supercharged VR and 1.8t bam plugs. The combination have worked for me so I can't advise otherwise.

I run a high spec 314bhp SC VR6 

 

As the tag im just trying to get a feedback from a variety of owners on what plugs/oil is best.

 

Ive ran iridium on all previous cars to great results but many say the forced induction vrs prefer the standard bosch ones from the 1.8 bam engine and types. 

 

Same with oil, ive always ran 5-30 on the vr, but vince at stealth and a few others say that a thicker 10-40 is better, its hard to know. 

 

As much feedback and as many opinions as possible would be great!
