    the noise was the haldex needing a service!! coilovers on pay day and wheels!

    i won't need to clamp the spring if removing whole unit? also picked it up today but its making a rubbing noise at Low speeds, worse when on full lock, sounds like its from the rear? i know it hasn't been driven for a while.

    any tips?? undo the top mount bolts then should it pull out of the hub??

    cheers guys, is there different engines like the mk3? obd1 an 2?? in the mk4.. i would rather just fit a homeade manifold or something then faff buying another head

    just flicked through ebay an notice its hard to find after market parts for the 4mo? you can get plenty of bits for the mk3 vr..

    whats classed as low?? i would fit the bolts for insurance so thats not a prob... just wondered what they take on standard comp...

    Worlds apart the mk3 VR to the mk4 4mo. Tho my 4mo is slightly different lol really, in what ways? i know there 4wd?
