I would never quit unless I had this e cig as my house is verry stressfull with 5 kids running around plus a wife that's not talking to me as I got my new rims But day 4 and not bothered at all

never thought i would do this but i had to stop 40 a day was costing £13 a day witch is silly my little sis kept going on at me as she stopped with one of these e cig things well e cig cost £20 the e liquid cost £27 for 210 ml in 7 flavors this will last me about 10-12 weeks i am still getting my nicotine but no tar or co2 or other crap very surprised i have quit not even bothered about being near other smokers anyone else used one ?

i am a stock yard manager i drive a volvo l120e loading shovel loading sand and gravel and use a finly 683 screen to recycle topsoil and ash from a powerstation we also crush concrete and brick rubble

There is a white vr on itb on ebay in Kent was on there a few months back sold for £365 and it was in Newcastle last time

just got a second hand bmc cda cheep and its missing the silcon hose to fit it to the mfa i know it 83mm diameter but how long does it need to be? thanks

About time I updated this been stood since September with suspected headgasket it's a split heater matrix So now I have found the love again I have done a bit of shopping parts so far 6 branch Ht leeds Bmc Smooth engine plastic cover samco in blue Thermostat and housing and the flanges All new belts polished inlet manifold and rocker cover and a power rhor pipe new oil and filters also looking at a new set of rims thinking compomotive th mono will update pics as soon as the samcos turn up 6 week wait:'(

Nice its already wraped and car has only done 100 miles since i fitted my s/s exhaust whitch has no cat and we put new bolts in the down pipe
