However, you won’t be disappointed with our car insurance quotes even though the EU has ruled that women can no longer receive cheaper rates than men after 21/12/2012.     Forum members often ask us about Multi-car cover. The perception is that it works out cheaper to have all your cars on one policy. However, it’s interesting that the TV adverts now include a message that says 'Multi-car policies may not be cheaper than separate policies in all cases’. It seems their real proposition therefore is that you just get the simplicity of having all your cars on one certificate with one renewal date - and presumably one large bill ALL AT ONCE (unless you pay extra for the instalment option).     Heavy modifications are difficult if you're talking about significant BHP increases. As the last post said we're not competitive on roll-cages or nitrous. Mods are generally OK but we do look at the overall effect of a heavily modified car. We assess whether the mods are balanced, ie. if it's putting down more power have the brakes been uprated to take account of the extra speed, etc. Each case is different.     Hi My apologies for being away from the forums for so long. We have had a few internal changes. March is a very busy month for insurance renewals so please feel free to ring us if your car insurance is due for renewal in the next few weeks.
