My ops director has qaulifications hanging on his wall, but he cant do his job. He wanted to send a lorry from Mansfield to Bristol to collect some pallets of stock instead of sending one from plymouth,...im no geography teach but i can tell you which one would of been cheaper!!!!

Tailgaiters is my pet hate, I mean i sit quite close to cars in front, even at speed on motorways, but im continually watching through their windscreen at the car in front to access what the traffic might do next, but there's always enough room for error, if they give me a few "knowing" looks in the mirror i know they aint comfortable with my closeness so i back off, its courtesy right? What i cant stick is the guy that gets so clsoe to your car you cant even see his headlights, or the executive business women that does it whilst talking to her passenger and obviously not paying attention to w

yeh i dont see the point inhunting out a syncro as i would only have to replace the running gear anyway for uprated stuff, would sort of defeat the point. Once its looking how i want it to exterior/interior then i will be looking at the running gear and engine, will be looking at something madly ridiculous, twin turbo and supercharger jobby, hence 4wd

i aint got enough money left yet lol im beginning to see what you mean, i spoke with my mate at work whos had vr6's in the past and he said the once he bought it and got it looking how he wanted just month by month he would replace the odd engine component here and there mostly for the sake of it and pretty much ended up with a spankers engine after a year, so mileage isnt putting me off as much now

As i sit here dreaming of buying my first VR6 inevitably i start thinking about modifications, tuning etc etc, and im intrigued as to how you would convert a FWD MK3 or Corrado into a 4WD My guestimation would either be to slvage the running gear from a 4Motion or R32, or fit LSD's front and rear then have the drive shafts made up. I knew of one guy that did this to his rado but cant for the life of me remember how he did it!!!

yeah im quite trick to that scam, my girlfriends dad runs a few mot testing stations so pick that sort of stuff up from him, although my missus aint spoken to him for ages and we dont get on anymore so i cant ask him for any advice anymore once i have the cash togther and find a few im interested in i might ask someone off the forum who's close by to come look at one with me and go over the finer details, cus no matter how much i get told what to look for i could probably find the part but not be able to tell if its sound or not, im sure a few beers would tempt someone to take an hour to teach

sound thanks guys, so a VWFSH and checking the chains/ bodywork/heater matix and the electrics will pretty much sort it? My plan is once ive bought it is to purely do cosmetic work to it, if it keeps breaking down i'll end up replacing all the engine parts and tuning first instead, and that aint my plan!
