yeh cheers all sorted now and it was just the window regs that had broke the litlle plastic lug the window rest's on had snaped off. motors where a bit of a pain to swap as window reg was slighlty different n didnt need some of the motor casing

did u try tightnening the bolts on the hinges?

the 312mm conversion uses the same caliper as 288mm so u could up grade to 312mm discs n pads just need caliper spacers n to run 16" wheels

mine was that pads where to worn on the bck thats what set mine on i filled it with brake fluid and checked it and everything but still stayed on changed brake pads on bck n it went out

ive got some yoko s-drives and i love um too only had them a week but im glad to hear there lasting well:) i had a set on my vauxhall omega v6 and it chewed through the rear set in no time at all

ive got parada spec 2 all round on the golf and find them better than the toyo lasting alot longer and i find grip better in the wet on the parada to the toyo

id say its slightly sticking the thermostat and prob doesnt help that its warm weather

im paying £1320 full comp with no mods 2 years no claims n 3 points im 26 years old but only held a licence for 5 years.

cheers for that bloke asked if i wanted with or with out the electric motors n said without but then though after i said it that its prob going to be a nightmare to remove old motors.
