i have tt wheels on myn they are 17" and rub like fuck and i cant go full lock without rub, I think i wanna go back to standard or a smaller wheel. Thing is i dont want the wheels to be sucked into the car, I hear u you can use spacers but cant i space them out enuf to go flush with the arches or not far off and be legal ??? I'm gonna paint my calipers my car is mulberry, Not sure what color to do the calipers and whats the best stuff to use. I was thinking yellow? or 2 tone Thanks

ah sorry your having a bad time dude I just bought a vr cheap I think getting the bill myself today for all dicks and pads and full major service! Not looking forward to that, Then next job is spray It all adds up 2 fast for my liking !

: U P D A TE : Got a bonnet and a bumper today: Its going to garage on monday about the springs and the breaks, Then wed its going to the body shop for its face lift and a spray tan Also got the original air box today cant seem to find the BMC Air Filter "Panel filter" for my vdub Might have to get a K&N Panel filter. Also What sort of floor mat did a highline come with ? Thanks gusy and gals

Thanks. Yeah been talking to a few people and they say upgrade my shocks to a gas "I think" shocker, and keep the springs. Just gonna start on the clean now been looking into how to re-store the leather i hear nivia face cream is the trick but then i need something to protect it. Any ideas THANKS EVERYONE!

I need a front bumper this week,. The only 1 i can find local is a non color coded 1, But the garage says they can sand it down them high sprime it so it will feel the same as a color coded 1, any has the ?

Yeah i was thinking, The car is 14 years old but it dont feel like when im driving it, Just in the bumps :P:P But yeah probs just a sens.

ill Start again! When i 1st got the car the dash lights wer very dim evan on full just able to see it infact, but tonight they went off fully,. when i wacked the dash they came back on along with the ABS light

yeah i think i hit 1 bump after work today and just said to myself "That FUCKING bump has just made my mind up! Ive been so busy this week i ant evan had a chance to wash the car ill find out what the springs are over the weekend when i get a chance to look at the car. On my way home today my lights on the dials didnt come on so i hit the top of the dash they came on "Very dull like normal" but my ABS light on the right beside the window came on 2 ! Not happy!

Hey mate. Yeah i think the tints might have to go like thegoth says tho i might turn to be a bit of a challenge!! But yeah when i bought the car the guy did say the springs could be changed ill look into it. yeah body is 1st i have a bonnet already now just need a front right wing and back arch section. Not sure what to do with the boot it doesn't look like the best design to open it ill see what the body shop can do with it.

Yeah i think they look nice i might try them with my springs and see how much better they are, How much would i expect to sell the wheels i have on my car atm for All the tyres are really good. But the wheels have been scratched up,
