    put spanner on tie rod there should be a flat bit on there for it then with another spanner under the locking nut then under nut holding it to the hub

    and yh idle control valve is near throttle body

    maybe try injector cleaner or check your idle control valve

    Hi guys just had front and rear bumpers resprayed bloke said he was doing it for free he took 4 weeks to do it dropped them off to me a week later car was at my g/fs work and he came took them off saying he wanted to polish them now he is saying he wants £200 have called police to report him for theft but im still out of bumpers for now so has any got front and rear bumper for sale in silver cheers
