Just changed the water pump on my car and everything is ok but now the fans are staying on and draining the battery, what is wrong with it?

How do i tell if the HT leads/Coil Pack or Dizzy are knackered? Is there ways to test them?

Ok well it stopped juddering after i replaced the spark plugs now two days after it has started again, anyone know what it could be?

Sorted it now, i replaced the spark plugs today and it isn't juddering anymore at all. The old plugs were well and truly knackered by the looks of them. Thanks for the replies though everyone.

My car has started to judder between 1000-2000rpm and feels like its lost a bit of power, i did add BMC DIA air filter a couple of days ago and wondering if i had damaged the MAF? How can you tell if the MAF is working fine? Also not sure if it could be the coilpack or HT leads, i've got a new set of spark plugs ready to be fitted aswell.

My VR has done 88,000 miles, didn't get any history with the car so i don't know if its ever had anything replaced on the engine, a lot of people say the chains almost never need replacing and other people say they do, i'm a bit confused as to what will need replacing or not on the engine? It seems to be running fine and sounds quiet and smooth i just want to know any precautions to take with it? Things to check or replace, i plan to do an oil change soon and new spark plugs, oil filter. Its a 1994 2.8 VR6. Thanks in advance

Can this scratch be repaired without respraying the entire wing?

You could probably repair that yourself if you're handy with aerosol cans or paint guns, otherwise i'd take it to the bodyshop for quote. -

I haven't really had a proper look, i need to get it on a ramp. It looks like its coming from all around the sump area though.

I've only had the car a week its been fine upto now and i just found a patch of oil underneath it, it looks like theres oil around the sump, does anyone know what it could be? I did top the oil up about two days ago though.

I know its been covered a lot on here, i had half a tank of fuel and as i drive normal without flooring it, it goes down every few minutes, does anyone know what causes this? My car supposedly had a new fuel pump before i got it also. Thanks
