    At this point i must say he did advise changing mounts especially the front to stop backward and forward motion and therefore easing pressure on exhaust, So could one of these variable mk4 inlets be advantageous if one could be found ??

    We also spoke about schricks, and he told me a story about early american mk4 4 mos running a vr engine with a similar set up to the schrick but not as dear ,and sourcing one of these could be another avenue to explore, does anyone know of this mannifold ?? OR am i being fed Sh*t, Ithought i came accross as knowing a bit, but he may have thought ive got one here, But anyway well happy with the chip so it aint all Bol*ocks lol

    ohhhh, So why would this guy advise against it, by the way he tried to sell me a raceland for £200 as he's an agent, Also they had a VR down there which they race and the one on that wasnt wrapped, Confused even more at the mo.lol :S

    Now that I am seriously looking for a 6 branch ,(at the right price ) I was wondering why do people have them wrapped? I ask this as the guy who fitted my chip ,and who in all fairness specialises in perfomance enhancing VAGs and Porches, advised against wrapping as this doesnt let the heat dicipitate correctly, Only if the mannifold is tight up agaist the bulkhead, or if its close to a turbo set up would he consider wrapping, Thoughts please.. :^)

    Only 35W Craig, so they should be well inside the perameters of blowing up, May buy one as ive seen em for £34.00 , for a 500W, but just in case i could do with a back up plan, ( cant have Sal with a untidy barnett lol, that would never do lol.. *-) :^)
