    I am thinking of fitting a lightened flywheel to my car soon. I have to replace the gearbox as the on in the car is not well, so as the box will be out i was thinking of a lightened flywheel! is it an easy task to change a flywheel? i did it on my old beetle but had to mess about with endfloat shimms etc. also i am going to put a new release bearing and clutch in! any ideas on good ones? ive seen "xtc" high preassure clutch and 10 lb. flywheel packages on ebay usa. for £145 + 70 to post! sounded cheap to me!?

    I have been told that this is not the way forward and that it is the master cylinder i need to change!! please help!!

    I am looking to upgrade the standard brake servo on my 95 vr6. Will a servo from any of the other vag car range fit!? maybe a RS4 type servo n master cylinder of anything with more power than i have right now!! Id like it to be a straight fit to existing components, any ideas?????

    Yes the news is!!!!! The massive R32 brakes do fit on a mk3 VR6!!!! :thumbup And f.ck me are they good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! With a hard hit ive had the front skirt touching the tarmac!! :yey :yey Here are a couple of pics, they are so sexy!! old brakes as purchased new back plates fitted! Discs and carriers almost fitted their selves!! Now the finishing bits

    Hi how are ya?! just fitted a set this weekend!! you need a 6mm spacer for the calliper carrier and reuse the carrier bolts!!! back plates will fit with a little rework and u need r32 hoses good lick mate!! pics posted of mine in ""can i r32 a vr6""

    Hi im new to the forum! Ive got hold of some mk4 R32 calipers and want to fit them to my mk3 vr6 Questions are!!? Can it be done? Does the caliper carier need the 6mm spacer as needed with the 312mm upgrade? Is the hose to caliper fitment the same as standard vr6 caliper as ive got sexy braided hoses on already? Are they any better than the 312mm brakes?
