    think im goin to pull the head back off mine over the winter and use just one as mine has a slight leak any way ... ur prob best staying standard CR but put ARPs on if you can afford them then if you go fi it will only cost you the price of the spacer and gaskets ... oh and labour to do it lol

    when i get a car in at work with a rattle we normal put padded foam behind the trim or on the clips that works pretty well .... oh make sure the foam is sticky on one side lol

    well im using two one either side to give me 8.0 CR i think that is a bit low but hay ho ... u can use one just split the layers apart and use one layer either side as far as i`ve been told ... jim be a good man to talk to cos hes using a spacer and one gasket .... JIM u about ??

    was about an 1 inc off the ground (sump that is) got stuck on bretts rollers lol but now a bit higher wish bones are level
