  1. Well ive had this for nearly 3 months now, how time flies when your having fun :) It was largely an impulse buy, seen it whilst waiting for phoos to be developed, test drove it and bought it.

I wasnt too sure on the 5 door originally but a few of my friends have 3door ones and TBH i actually prefer the 5 door shape

All the pics were taken by a friend mark just after he completed a 2 day detail beore E38

  2. Physically yes, but you will need custom mounts and TBH its not a reallu clever idea in a 5 door as the bench is much narrower and this is clearly visible when the rear door is opened, its disguised a bit in a 3 door.

Its a more common fit in a mk2

  3. TT Dashes are a no no in a MK3 with Jay Renshaw, spent 6 months trying to convince him to do another, the front seats are the same as mk4 seats, need to be mounted on a custom bracket which makes them stupidly high at the front of the seat, and if you have short legs, they aint very comfortable, other way around it is to modify the bracket on the floor of the car, but the trade off is you cant swap back to original seats.

The rear seats tho, that IMO shouldn't be done, they are far too narrow to work in a mk3., but they can be done, just wouldnt look right

  4. Should be able to get a real nice car for that money, rare colours like grey and silver are worth looking out for, and if it were me i would hold out for a car with RECAROs over any factory leather too, Unfortunately there are fairly rare but not impossible to find, in an ideal world a silver or grey car with climate and recaros, infact just like how mine was specced would be best IMO

  5. Im going to Agree with Jays 2.9 in this, no matter what you do with the money in our current car you are literally going to be throwing money at a 10 year old Golf, and it will be worth far far less in the future than an R32

Sure you could buy a 4motion but like Jay says its not an R32, there are many differences between the two cars beneath the skin and IMO its always going to be second best, whether its supercharged or turbocharged to an R32.

After two months of owning an R32, revo stage1 map, non res miltek, and carbonio CAI later i can safely say its the best car i have ever owned and would recommend one to anyone
