    no, i got the plates about two weeks late. I have the wheels, got them about a month late. But i still waiting on the 5 x 100 adaptors to arrive so i can fit the bastard things! Every day i have to look at them, grr! And the adaptors are now an extra week late. The original order was Aug 28. So does anyone wanna start a sweepstake on the amount of days late they'll be?!

    Hmm, i had the idea that there was a 5 year tax freeze on lpg. Which i think, i might be wrong runs out at the next budget. When they will be looking at it again. Don't know for sure that this is true, but think they said it on top gear.

    I need a bit of help please! I have a corrado 2.9 and it is obd1. But did they ever make a corrado 2.9 with the obd2 engine? I would really appreciate the info, cheers.

    Mate, that is class. Please tell me how the hell you gat the TT dash to fit. It looks so factory, thats how they all should look. I'm only saying that because i'm jealous! And the wheels, oh, class. And the engine bay.....

    i had a nice race with my mate in a type r, (on stock suspension) and it was all going well, until the island. I could bearly see the back of his car when we got back on the straight. Hence the suspension mods and supercharger. And i still paid

    same here. Sometimes it does over 30 mpg, and i think "wow, thats not bad". Then on the same journey at the same speed, it does 12mpg. I swear its got a leak! But it hasan't.

    yep, they praised the corrado vr6. I think the actual quote from clarkson was "don't buy a house, buy a corrado!" I'd already had mine a year. nice one, raised the price!

    the golf vr6 is going through a price crash. But don't worry, 2 years time, when all the crappy ones are scrap, nice ones will bo worth more. I'm lucky, i bought my rado at the bottom of their price crash, and its worth more noe than when i bought it 3 years ago!

    Cool. And like i said, he is a sound bloke, but it feels like i was having the piss taken out of me. Do you now what i mean? And don't worry rob, i know importing takes a while, plus i'm busy saving for everything else i need to go with the s/c!

    I recently purchased a set of kerscher wheels from dubmeister. (well by recently, i mean a month ago!) At first i was told a 7 - 10 day delivery. Fair enough, they've got to come from Germany. Then it turned into 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 21 days, a month. And then YAY, i recieved them today. With the wrong adaptor kit, 4 x 100 instead of 5 x 100 for the corrado. (sigh) And now i've gotta wait another 5 - 7 days for the correct kit to come from germany, again. Now the bloke there is a nice bloke, but that doesn't make up for the way i'm getting treated.     i spoke to miltek and they strongly reccomend a cat by-pass along with the cat bat (obviously, they'll make money!). But aparently you'll need it mapping again?! He put the full system on a charged vr and it ran like poo until the re-map. Its just money, money, money!

    Well, i've taken into consideration where everyone lives, and it should really be in birmingham. Its just a coincidence thats where i live!! I'm gonna have a look around, but i've got a few ideas. Close to the motorway, with a road to open up on, a maccy's and town centre close! Anyone with any ideas?

    lol, my sentiments exactly! I drove one in the wet, and couldn't pull away, at all. And then, when it got going, slowed until 6500 then got going again. They are nice cars, but not a vr!
