hi all, i started my 92 j reg golf vr6 a couple of days ago and OEL flashed up where the mileage is, and now it does it everytime i start the car. ?! does anyone know what this is and if its a big problem??? thanks in advance stu!

hi your car should do more than 130 even if it is standard, i've got a few mods on mine but i've had it just over 150. past 150 and it does start to feel unsteady tho!!

hi i got 17's on mine not sure what offset they are tho, it's been lowered about 40mm on spax adjustibles and i don't get any rubbing even with five in the car!! 8)

mines a 92 model and it def aint got traction control, it spins in first, second and third in the wet!!!! !amazed

hi my vr does use some oil i usually top it up about once a month

i'd leave them on if i was you! i've just bought a set to put on my vr but i'm gonna have them painted the same colour as the car!!! !lol

hi my vr's superchipped, decatted, and got a full stainless exhaust and induction kit on it! and i've left most things in the distance including a lotus elise !lol So you should be able to lose a mk4 in the distance no problem! unless you got problems with your car!
