im thinkin of lowering my vr6 highline on its standard bbs solitutudes, a full suspension kit (not coilovers) 60mm front and 40 mm back. will i have any issues on the standard 15's? many thx

hi im buying some new brake discs and pads for my 1996 vr6 highline, from what ive read im going to go for standard oem discs with pagid fast road pads. Now for my questions i did a search but it hasnt cleared it up, eurocarparts sells ate discs for my car. Are these the oem ones? Or are they different from the dealers? Also will i need abs rings? many thx

Did anyone watch topgear, they showed the new r32 kick some bmw 1 series a** and it sounds awwesome also that peugeot was naaaasty, the other car whatever it was beat it, even tho it had only 95bhp compare to 200bhp which the peugeot had, shows the true meaning of power to weight. excellent episode

hi m8 sorry for the delay, ill try to get the photo up, the ring im referring to is a plastic lid type wid a hole in the middle where the horn wires goes through, then the steering lock ring clips on. this ring has a metal middle allowing the horn to work. does the slip ring, clip on to the back? beacause i reckon thats what it sounds like. thnx

ok ive found out what it is, at the back of the steering wheel theres a round plastic type of lid, inside this lid theres the white airbag wire.this clips on to the steering wheel, and then the steering lock clips on making the steering wheel complete. when i put the steering wheel back on the plastic lid that covers the airbag wire, clicks out making it uneven. when i turn the wheel the uneven bit makes a connection with the metal setting of the horn. ok my question is.. is there a special way of putting the black plasctic lid on to stop it from clicking out. or can i buy one from the dealers

hi i took my steering wheel off yesterday because it was making a scraping noise, i did a search on the forum and followed the advice given. I now have a problem ive put my steering wheel back on and for some stupid reason whenever i turn left and right my horn sets off, Any ideas what it is.maybe if some one can take a look in the haynes manaul for me. Any help greatly appreciated

the heat shield aint important m8, ive had it removed off my mk3 8v and my m8s 1.8, no difference.

when polishing your car polish the windows and the screens aswell, this will help get rid of the mist in the morning. my m8 works in a valeting company and told me this, and it always works for me.
