    as title says anyone know the socket size for removing the Oil filter housing? I thinks it's about 34mm but not 100%

    I did that the 1st time I bodged it an it goes up and down the wrong way. I spent absoloutly ages trying to work out why. What exactly caused the polarities to change?

    I got 2 white ones from ebay and had them painted by a mate, he did both rear quarters aswell to tidy them up... I can get them for £55 + Vat each, new and unpainted if you're interested. See www.raceandroad.com and mail or call 08707 662686

    Anyone know of anywhere that one could persue this very advanced home based career? It's just it's quite quiet in the office at the moment and we're thinking of things to past the time and earn some more xmas cash... Any ideas???

    A couple of old pics of yet another Black VR. Since these I've had new fully coded bumpers painted and fitted, and lost the arches. Once Santa comes I'll be fitting a -60/40mm H&R Kit. Sorry if the pics are too big, not exactly the king of photoshop...

    No got rid of them. So I'll have to have it done properly if it needs it. Won't be able to use the ever popular mallet method...

    Finally going to lower the VR after getting it back from the bodyshop. Going to use the festive holidays to do it so I need to decide between 2 kits. Both H&R, one -35mm all-round bit gay, and the other's -60mm front and -40mm rear. Does anyone know if this will be ok with my current 7.5*17" ET32 TT Rims, same as Binliners??? I've had a measure up and I'm working on the theory that the cars currently about 10mm lower than standard due to sagging of top mounts and general age. I think the back will be ok, afterall -40mm isn't that drastic but the big question is the front???
