45 mins on a 'good' run! Althoug I once did it in considerably less time in my modified 200SX, but it had gone off the clock at 160mph! Of coure I'm in no way encouraging the use of excessive speed to get you home for last orders! God I love radar jammars. [ Edited Sun Oct 31 2004, 05:14PM ]

30 but a string of performance cars and 6 years NCB helps! I only pay £210 to insure my Golf trackcar! That was through confused.com, my insurers (Adrian Flux) will normally come out £50 under their lowest quote too!

Thanks guys I will! It's been stood for 14 months as the old guy that owned it died and his widow didn't know what to do with it. I know it has a full VAG history though. I'm getting the bootlid resprayed as it has rust where the spoiler fastend on.

Was getting a new gearbox fitted in my MK1 Golf trackcar. Saw this Vento, and bought it I needed something to use as a tow car and it seemed ideal! With the added bonus that if the Golf breaks on track I can use the Vento! For those who are interested, it's a 93 car with 130k on it and cost me £1200 which seemed a good price. It's had uprated suspension fitted (not sure what type yet) and a Powerflow exhaust. Any hints/tips on what to look for? Was I robbed?
